ABC Television To Air Game

The 2017 AutoZone Liberty Bowl game will be televised on ABC and broadcast on ESPN Radio.

We’re proud to have the AutoZone Liberty Bowl televised on ABC to its huge national audience and build on the Bowl’s tradition as one of college football’s most prominent and most-viewed bowl games.”
As the 7th oldest bowl game, the AutoZone Liberty Bowl has had a long and storied historical partnership with ABC. ABC first telecast the AutoZone Liberty Bowl over 50 years ago in 1964.
The ABC telecast of the 2017 AutoZone Liberty Bowl will be seen in Memphis and the Mid-South on WATN-TV/Local 24. The ESPN Radio broadcast will be carried locally on 92.9 FM ESPN.
The AutoZone Liberty Bowl has an action-packed, fun-filled week of events planned leading up to the game beginning with the Bass Pro Shops Team Welcome Party on December 26th. The schedule of events will also include the Pro Rodeo, Players and Coaches Luncheon, Beale Street Parade and Pep Rally, President’s Gala and Pre-Game Buffet.
